Ingredients:
- Wheat flour - 2 cups.
- Spinach leaves - 1 cup
- salt - 1 tsp
- water to form dough
- oil
Method:
- Cook spinach leaves with water .
- Add flour, salt, oil, spinach puree well.
- Add water if needed to form a dough ball.
- Keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Make the dough into lime sized balls.
- Roll ball into a small round.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
- And let it cook for a 4-5 seconds.
- Remove from oil and drain well.
