Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup butter, soften
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp whipping cream
- 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Sugar
Method:
- In a bowl, mix the butter and brown sugar. Beat in egg, heavy cream, and vanilla.
- Slowly add in flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well till it get blended. If dough seems too dry, add water.
- Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Roll out dough on a floured surface to a thickness of 1/8 of an inch. Cut with cookie cutters and place 1 inches apart on cookie sheets.
- Bake for10 minutes, until lightly colored.
