Idiyappam Recipe




Ingredients:

Rice Flour - 1 cup,
Hot Water - 1 cup
Coconut - 1/2 cup, grated
Ghee - 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Method:

  1.  In a bowl,add rice flour,hot water,ghee and salt.
  2.  Make it into a smooth dough.
  3.  Fill it into an idli pan.
  4.  Steam for 5-10 minutes. 
  5.  And finally sprinkle grated coconut on top after steaming.
