Ingredients:
Rice Flour - 1 cup,
Hot Water - 1 cup
Coconut - 1/2 cup, grated
Ghee - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
- In a bowl,add rice flour,hot water,ghee and salt.
- Make it into a smooth dough.
- Fill it into an idli pan.
- Steam for 5-10 minutes.
- And finally sprinkle grated coconut on top after steaming.
