Kalakand recipes



Ingredients:
Milk - 2 lts
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Citric acid - 1/2 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Chopped nuts, pista, almonds - 1/2 cup


Preparation:
Dissolve citric acid in water
Boil 1 ltr of milk in a pan
When it comes to boil add citric acid
Once the chenna settles, sieve in a muslin cloth, press out excess water, take in a plate and press down
Now put the ramaining milk to boil
Add chenna and boil till it tickens
Now add sugar and cook till it get lumpy
Spread it over a greased plate and allow to cool and sprinkle nuts
Once set cut into pieces & serve.
