kurkuri bhindi



Ingredients:
Bhindi ( Lady Finger ) 200 gms
Mango Powder – ½ tsp
Chaat Masala – ½ tsp
Red Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
Besan  -4 tbsp
Lime Juice – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Method:
Slit the Bhindi ( Lady Finger) length wise
 In a mixing bowl and put the Bhindi in it.
Add the Mango Powder , Red Chilly Powder,  Salt,  Besan, lime juice and mix well.
Now heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the Bhindi.
