Ingredients:
1 cup basmati rice (steamed)
2 red chilly
1/2 tbsp mustard seed
1 1/2 chana dal
1 tbsp urad dal
5-10 curry leaves
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1/2 lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add red chilies, mustard seeds, urad dal, , chana dal and curry leaves.
When the seeds crackle, add the turmeric powder, rice, lemon juice and salt and mix well.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped coriander.
