Chicken - 1/2 kg
Onion - 2 diced
Green chilly - 4-5
Ginger/garlic paste -1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 2 tsp
Mustard seed - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves
Oil - 2 tsp
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Process:
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed, curry leaves and let it splutter.
- Now, add ginger garlic paste ,onion, green chilly and fry well till golden brown.
- Then add chicken and black pepper powder and mix well. (If required add 2-3 tsp of water)
- Finally when chicken is cooked garnish it with coriander leaves.
