PreparationCut and wash MuttonMarinate Mutton with Ginger, Garlic paste, red chilli powder, a pinch of Turmeric powder and salt for 10 minutes.Wash and cut onions, tomatoes and chillyCoriander leaves (chopped)
Cooking Process1) In a large pan heat oil and fry onions and chilly for 2 minutes2) Add marinated Mutton and fry for 10 minutes without adding water till the water from mutton evaporates3) Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes adding 3cups of water4) Add garam masala and cook for 5 minutes or till mutton is tender5) Finally add corriander leaves6) Serve hot with rice.
