Ingredients:
1 large mango - diced
3 tsp sugar (if required)
2 tsp chopped fresh mint
1 tsp freshly ground star anise
1 tsp freshly ground cardamom
1 tsp lime juice
2 cups dahi
3 sprigs fresh mint for garnish
Preparation:
Blend the mango, sugar, chopped mint, star anise, cardamom, lime juice, and milk in a blender and a smooth paste.
Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh mint sprigs to serve.
