Paneer Burji




Ingredients:
1 cups paneer, crumbled
1 onion, chopped
2 green chillies, chopped
1/2 of a capsicum, chopped
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cumin seed
1/2 tsp garam masala
coriander leaves to garnish
2 tsp oil
Salt to taste

Preparation:

1. Heat oil in a pan, add the onions and green chillies. Once the onions turn soft, add cumin seed, salt, and turmeric. Fry for a minute.

2. Now add the paneer, garam masala and capsicum. cook well and keep stirring in between. The capsicum should be crunchy. Adjust salt.

3. Garnish with the coriander leaves.

4 serve warm with rotis or pav.
